<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination information input device, a program and a medical examination information input method, allowing an easy change of an injury/sickness portion added to an injury/sickness name input to an electronic medical chart into another injury/sickness portion. <P>SOLUTION: This medical examination information input device 1 inputting a modifier including a character string indicating a position of injury/sickness in a body and an injury/sickness name with the modifier to an electronic medical chart includes: a reception part receiving the modifier; an extraction part extracting the character string indicating the position of the injury/sickness from the modifier received by the reception part; a retrieval part retrieving a character string indicating another position different from the position related to the character string extracted by the extraction part from a storage part associating and storing a character string indicating the position of injury/sickness and a character string indicating another position different from the position; a replacement part replacing the character string included in the modifier received by the reception part with the character string indicating the other position retrieved by the retrieval part; and an output part outputting the modifier including the character string indicating the other position replaced by the replacement part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
