The present invention relates to a method to automatically manage the cleaning of rooms. The room cleaning automatic management method successively performs: a preliminary process (S0) of storing the name and ID of a cleaner through a front main computer program, setting the corresponding ID stored in a remote controller, and adding a cleaning command operation button; a cleaning start recognizing process (S1) of recognizing a cleaning start according to the corresponding ID and the cleaning command operation button in a remote controller receiving unit of a reception group when operating the cleaning command operation button of the remote controller and sending the recognized cleaning start to a front desk; a cleaning completion recognizing process (S2) of confirming and notifying the completion of a cleaning in real time by sending a notification of the operation of the cleaning command operation button to the front desk again by the reception group if the cleaning command operation button operates again and notifying the cleaning command operation button to the reception group by using the remote controller if a cleaning is completed; and a self-cleaning completion recognizing process (S3) of automatically recognizing a cleaning completion in the front desk if a setting time arrives when the cleaner does not press a completion button by mistake. The room cleaning automatic management method also performs an auxiliary process (S4) of enabling an immediate repair or an immediate replacement by recognizing a necessity for the repair or the replacement in a front desk through a reception group if pressing a preset button of a remote controller if damage of room equipment generates during the cleaning. |
