<p>A hysteretic buck converter controlling an output ripple voltage using a thermistor includes a reference voltage part which supplies a plurality of reference voltages, a comparator which compares at least one reference voltage among the reference voltages with an output voltage, a pulse controller which generates a first switch signal with a pulse width corresponding to the temperature of the thermistor in response to the output of the comparator, and a control signal generating unit which generates a control signal to select one reference voltage among the reference voltages based on the first switch signal.</p> |
