<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an intake passage part to an air conditioner compactly and to enhance strength of a front damper housing for a buffer load of a head-on collision.SOLUTION: A cowl top cross member 34 for connecting right and left front pillars 30 in a vehicle width direction is made of a steel pipe having a fixed cross section. The cowl top cross member 34 and a rear part of a front damper housing 32 are connected to each other by a connection member 51. Between the front face of a dash lower panel 43 extending downward from the cowl top cross member 34 and the rear face of the front damper housing 32, a drainage member 52 having a drainage gutter 52a extending in the vehicle width direction is arranged. The upper face of the front damper housing 32, the drainage member 52, the cowl top panel member 34 and a cowl top panel 49 section an intake passage 53 for air-conditioning. The intake passage part 53 for the air-conditioning is made to communicate with a cabin 45 side via through-holes 34a, 34b penetrating the cowl top cross member 34 longitudinally.</p> |
