<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the vibration of a member for vehicles always effectively and improve its productivity and maintainability while securing the support stiffness of the member for vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: The connection between the first vehicle member 10a and the second vehicle member 30 is provided with a rigid connection R and a soft connecting part F using a soft connecting member 50, and the soft connecting member 50 is provided with a seat member 52 of plate form, one face of which abuts on the first vehicle member 10a, a damper member 54, which is accumulated on the other side of the seat member 52 and has elastic force to abut on the second vehicle member 30, and a fixing member 56, which is provided on one side or the other side of the seat member 52 and is to be fixed to the first or second vehicle member 10a or 30.
