PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal diffusion impact absorption sheet having excellent impact absorption properties and thermal diffusivity even being thin. ! SOLUTION: A laminate includes: a foam layer configured with a foam body with thickness of 30-500 μm, density of 0.2-0.7 g/cm3 and an average cell diameter of 10-150 μm; and a heat conductive layer with heat conductivity of 200 W/m.K or higher. In the foam body, a loss tangent (tanδ) being a ratio of storage modulus and loss modulus at angular frequency 1 rad/s by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement preferably has a peak top within a range of -30°C or higher and 30°C or lower.
