PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting substrate for surface-mounting a semiconductor sensor and to provide a mounting method of the same.SOLUTION: The mounting method of the mounting substrate includes: a first step for generating a mounting substrate on which groves are formed on upper surfaces of a plurality of substrates on which a metal pattern is formed; a second step for placing metal balls in the grooves; a third step for melting the placed metal balls through a reflow step; and a fourth step for mounting a semiconductor on an upper side of the melted metal balls.
