<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a cell line expressing at least one protein selected in advance. <P>SOLUTION: The cell line provides a method for efficiently detecting mRNA and other RNA in a living cell in high reliability; and a method for specifying the cell in accordance with desired characters and separating the cells as necessary. The methods simplify conventional treatment processes significantly, shorten the time required for the practice of the same, and also provide new methods for research, such as, the selection of a cell producing a specific protein or an antisense oligonucleotide, the production of the cell line expressing the multiple number of proteins, the production of the knock out cell line for one or more proteins and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
