摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide farmed fish with good taste and good texture by reducing the increased fat content due to raising, or the increased fat content depending on fish species, and reducing an excessive fat content without affecting a fish weight, in raising farmed fish or caught wild fish.SOLUTION: In the raising period before delivery of farmed fish or caught wild fish, the fat content of raised fish is reduced by raising fish using a feed for reducing fat in fish excessively containing lysine in the feed at an amount more than a required amount of amino acid for growth, among the essential amino acids of the feed for fish raising containing the required amounts of the essential amino acids needed for growth depending on fish species. The method for reducing the fat content of the raised fish according to the invention, in raising farmed fish or caught wild fish, can provide farmed fish with good taste and good texture by applying the method for reducing the increased fat content by raising or the increased fat content depending on fish species, and raising fish using the feed for reducing fat in fish for a short raising period before delivery to reduce excess fat content.
