Disclosed is a self-calibration amplifier circuit (low-noise amplifier, oscillator) with a high Q-factor. The amplifier circuit includes a transconductance part into which an input signal is inputted, and a load resistance part which is connected to the transconductance part. Herein, the amplifier circuit can be operated as an oscillator or a low-noise amplifier according to the impedance of the load resistance part. |
