PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, transmitter, receiver, and communication system capable of appropriately transmit or receive a payload symbol even when a transmission environment is inferior.SOLUTION: A communication device includes a transmission unit 100 and a reception unit 200. The transmission unit 100 creates a transmission parameter set and a preamble pattern number; creates a payload signal from transmission data; and creates a transmission signal from the payload signal and a preamble signal. The reception unit creates a preamble signal and a payload signal in a frequency region; detects correlation between reception preamble patterns of a plurality of sub carriers; provides a reception preamble pattern number showing a reception preamble pattern having the highest correlation of the reception preamble patterns of the plurality of sub carriers; and creates reception data in a frequency region based on a reception signal, by using a transmission path estimation result and at least one of created control data and parameter set. |
