PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent step followability for a large step of 50 μm or more.SOLUTION: There are provided: a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release sheet which has two pressure-sensitive adhesive layers and in which each pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic polymer and a crosslinking agent; and a method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which comprises: a step of applying and drying a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic polymer and a crosslinking agent on one surface of a release sheet A to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a step of applying and drying a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing an acrylic polymer and a crosslinking agent on one surface of a release sheet B to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; and a step of overlapping the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the release sheet A and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the release sheet B.
