PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange member manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a heat exchange member, the device and the method being capable of performing shrinkage fitting of a metal pipe and a columnar ceramic body at high accuracy to manufacture a heat exchange member.SOLUTION: A heat exchange member manufacturing device 40 comprises a placing means 41 on which a metal pipe 12 is placed, a heating means 42 to heat the metal pipe 12, and a linear driving mechanism 43 to fix a columnar ceramic body 11 at a tip thereof and move an axis direction of the columnar ceramic body 11 along a first direction 51. The linear driving mechanism 43 includes a driving shaft 44 that moves forward and backward in an axial direction as a first direction 51, a fixing means 45 for fixing the columnar ceramic body 11 at the tip of the driving shaft 44, a driving means 46 to move the driving shaft 44 forward and backward, and a driving shaft limiting means 47 to limit inclination of the driving shaft 44. |
