<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural tire which improves traction performance in farm land while suppressing vibration on paved roads.SOLUTION: An agricultural tire includes a plurality of lug blocks 12 provided in tread 16 and a flat part 14 or a concave part 15 (specific curvature region) which is provided in one or both of a groove bottom between lug blocks 12 adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction and a wall part 12B, on the side of a step-on end 12A, of the lug blocks. Although soil enters between the lug blocks 12 adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction when traveling in farm land, flowing of the soil in the tire width direction is suppressed by the rib 14 (specific curvature region), and the pressure of the soil increases on the side of the step-on end 12A of the lug blocks 12. As a result, even when the inclination angle of the lug blocks 12 to the tire width direction is relatively large, soil is compacted sufficiently between the lug blocks, leading to improvement of the shear strength of the soil.</p> |
