PURPOSE:To suture an incision portion to be sutured at a certain depth position from the surface when suturing the incision portion. CONSTITUTION:A needle 1 is curvedly formed at the preset curvature, and a suture 2 is fitted to a rear end section 1b. Guide sections (grooves) 3a, 4a having nearly the same curvature as that of the needle 1 and prescribed circular arc length are formed on guiding members 3, 4. Rollers 5 are disposed at positions facing the groove 3a, 4a. When the needle 1 holding the suture 2 is fitted in the groove 3a and driven and moved by the roller 5, for example, the needle 1 is exposed from faces 3b, 4b on the constant circumference and moved to the groove 4a side. When the faces 3b, 4b are brought into contact with the surface of a portion to be sutured, the portion can be sutured at a certain depth position by the needle 1. |
