摘要 The present invention relates to a radiator cap. An outer cap is mounted on the outside of a coolant injection hole formed on a radiator to close the coolant injection hole. An upper portion of an inner cap is supported by the outer cap. At least a lower portion of the inner cap seals the coolant injection hole in the coolant injection hole. The inner cap is formed by a discharge hole and a supply hole vertically penetrating the inner cap. A positive pressure valve body is disposed on an upper side of the inner cap. While an end of one side of the positive pressure valve body is fixed on the inner cap, and an end of the other side of the positive pressure valve body closes the discharge hole from above, the positive pressure valve body is elastically deformed to open the discharge hole by bending the end of the other side upwards when a pressure in the radiator is increased to or above a set positive pressure. A sealing material for the discharge hole is mounted on the inner cap, and seals the discharge hole while the positive pressure valve body closes the discharge hole. A negative valve body is disposed on a lower side of the inner cap. While an end of one side of the negative pressure valve body is fixed on the inner cap, and an end of the other side of the negative pressure valve body closes the supply hole from below, the negative pressure valve body is elastically deformed to open the supply hole by bending the end of the other side downwards when a pressure in the radiator is decreased to or below a set negative pressure. A sealing material for the supply hole is mounted on the inner cap, and seals the supply hole while the negative pressure valve body closes the supply hole.
