The present invention provides polyepoxy-based silsesquioxane introduced with an epoxy group on at least one side chain in polysilsesquioxane and a high strength film using the same. According to the present invention, polyepoxy-based silsesquioxane having a functionalized high-molecular-weight epoxy functional group has material properties such as high surface hardness, excellent heat resistance, coating characteristics, low thermal expansion index, and moisture/oxygen barrier properties, thereby being widely useful in various coating fields by applying the organic/inorganic hybrid membrane using polyepoxy-based silsesquioxane according to the present invention as a functional coating material such as a high hardness coating material.
