The present invention relates to a phosphorus-doped 3D porous graphene assembly, a manufacturing method thereof, and a supercapacitor including the same. The method includes: a step of manufacturing a 2D graphene oxide (GO) by oxidizing graphite; a step of reforming the 2D graphene oxide by processing a phosphorus element supply source on the 2D graphene oxide; a step of manufacturing 2D reduced graphene oxide (RGO) hydrogel by reducing the 2D graphene oxide, reformed with the phosphorus element supply source; a step of manufacturing a phosphorus-undoped 3D porous graphene assembly by drying the 2D reduced graphene oxide hydrogel; and a step of manufacturing a phosphorus-doped 3D porous graphene assembly by thermally treating the dried phosphorus-undoped 3D porous graphene assembly. |
