PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device which can improve fuel economy while securing the safety of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A control part 60 calculates a plurality of actual steering angles δ, δwhich can form a target turning radius Rwithin a range in which the safety of a vehicle 10 can be maintained, and calculates a target yaw moment Mzon the basis of the respective actual steering angles δ, δ. The control part 60 calculates a left brake drive force Fdand a right brake drive force Fdwhich simultaneously satisfy the target yaw moment Mzand target acceleration Ax, and calculates a total power amount Pwhich is necessary for an output by a drive unit 20. Furthermore, the control part 60 selects a left brake drive force Td, a right brake drive force Fdand the actual steering angles δ, δat which power consumption becomes minimum and regenerative power becomes maximum, and controls the drive unit 20 so that the selected left brake drive force Fdand the right brake drive force Fdare outputted. |
