In order to provide advantageous load properties, it is proposed for the temperature-controlling device (12) to have a liquid bath (13) which is settable in terms of the temperature, acts in particular as an evaporator, is arranged at least partially in the loading space (3) and via which the temperature load of the sample (1) is substantially settable.</p> |
