The present invention relates to a tablet compression machine for a tablet type product having an impeller type feeder of improved structure to supply a powder of medicine and food uniformly, stably and rapidly to a shaping unit. The tablet compression machine for the tablet type product of the present invention comprises: a supplying unit which supplies a powder; a stirring housing which is connected with an inlet, an agitating chamber and an outlet by being formed continuously; an agitator impeller which is installed in the agitating chamber to be rotated; the shaping unit which forms a powder inserted from the outlet of the stirring housing into a tablet by compressing the powder; a discharging unit which discharges a tablet type product compressed from the shaping unit to outside. Here, the agitator impeller comprises: a disk which rotates about a central axis of rotation of a vertical direction from a bottom surface of the agitating chamber; multiple bar-shaped blades which are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the disk, so that the bar-shaped blades are extended in the radial direction from an outer peripheral surface of the disk; a blade body which is spaced apart from multiple bar-shaped blades in the circumferential direction of the disk and extended in the radical direction from the outer peripheral surface of the disk; multiple rake-shaped blades which have a protrusion protruding in the vertical direction from the blade body to the bottom surface of the agitating chamber.
