PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables the suppression of elution of inorganic particles into a nonaqueous electrolyte in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery provided with an insulator layer including the inorganic particles and an aqueous binder.SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery provided with an insulator layer including inorganic particles and an aqueous binder, the nonaqueous electrolyte includes a particular fluorophosphate compound and therefore elution of the inorganic particles into the nonaqueous electrolyte can be suppressed efficiently.
