PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag holder which makes failures less likely to occur in an IC tag held thereby.SOLUTION: A tag holder 20 includes: a tag holding part 27 which holds an IC tag; a top plate part 22 which is disposed on the tag holding part 27; and a connection part (a portion of a side wall 21 which is located above a division wall 26) which connects the top plate part 22 with the tag holding part 27. A space (a second space S2) is provided between an upper surface of the tag holding part 27 (an upper surface of the division wall 26) and the top plate part 22.
