PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell determination device, method, and program that make it possible to determine the state of cells more objectively and more precisely.SOLUTION: This cell determination device is provided with a cell-information acquisition unit (31) and a determination unit (32). On the basis of a plurality of images taken of cells so as to form a time series, the cell-information acquisition unit (31) acquires information regarding the proliferation rate of the cells and information regarding the distance that the cells move per unit time. The determination unit (32) determines the state of the cells on the basis of the proliferation-rate information and the movement-distance information. |
