PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which is capable of suppressing the generation of an abnormal image and contributing to the increase of the kinds of recording mediums used as well, while taking advantage of a merit of the developing device using a part of the external surface of a developer container as a conveyance surface for a paper sheet.SOLUTION: A developer container 44 comprises a lower case 46 which stores a developer and an upper case 48 which supports a developing roller 54 and a doctor blade 56. A conveyance surface part 66 including a conveyance guide surface 66a for a paper sheet 14 is formed integrally with the lower case 46. A gap forming part 62 forming a fine gap between the gap forming part 62 and the developing roller 54 and a regulation member support part 64 supporting the doctor blade 56 are formed integrally with the upper case 48. In other words, the gap forming part 62 and the regulation member support part 64 are formed separately from the conveyance surface part 66. Thus, an impact when the paper sheet hits the conveyance surface part 66 is relaxed without being directly transmitted to the gap forming part 62 or the like. |
