PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing tool for a connection fitting which is capable of releasing connection through one touch operation without providing a connection fitting body with a tool groove to engage with a tool such as a wrench. SOLUTION: This releasing tool 51 comprises one pair of scissor members 53 rotational with a pivotal shaft 52 as support point. A pair of scissor members 53 clamping the pivotal shaft 52 is provided at a tip portion thereof with an insert portion 54 which is inserted in between locking hook portions of the connecting fitting body in a connected state. The pair of scissor members 53 is provided at a base end portion thereof with a handle portion 55. The insert portion 54 is inserted into between the locking hook portions. By closing a handle portion 55 with a holding force of a hand, the insert portion 54 is opened, so that a locking state of the locking hook portion is removed to release the connecting state of the connecting fitting.
