The present invention relates to a forward moving jig device of a wire-saw, wherein a supporting member having a function of guiding insertion and maintaining an interval is included to prevent a phenomenon where the operation of the wire-saw is not smooth as the jig device and pulleys included therein collide with an inner wall of an entry hole due to a bending modification of the main body of the jig device or vibration during an operation while the jig device is installed in an entrance of the entry hole to easily be inserted into the entry hole in conducting the operation of punching an entry hole in an object to be cut to construct a tunnel; and cutting the ground using the wire-saw by inserting the rod-shaped jig device which includes pulleys on both ends to have the wire-saw wound therearound into the entry hole. According to the present invention, the jig device (1) to be inserted into the entry hole (210) punched in the object to be cut (200) to cut the object to be cut (200) using the wire-saw (100) comprises: a main body (10) composed of a rod-shaped member; a front pulley (11) arranged on the end part of a front of the main body (10) having the wire-saw (100) wound therearound to change direction; an advancing and retreating member (20) combined with the main body (10) to insert the main body into the entry hole (210) or withdrawing the main body from the entry hole (210) by advancing or retreating the main body (10) in a longitudinal direction; and an anchor member (30) to fixate the advancing and retreating member (20) to the object to be cut on the entrance of the entry hole (210).
