Disclosed is an invention related to a device for confirming the center position of a moving material. The device for confirming the center position of a moving material, comprises: a base; a guide member installed at both sides of the base, and appears and disappears in the longitudinal direction of the base to block a light emitted from a light emitter reaching to a light receiver; an adjusting knob installed at the center of the base and engaged with the guide member to enable the guide member to be appeared and disappeared.
