FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to oil-and-gas production, particularly, to cutting of well pipes. Claimed cutting device is configured for building in the well safety valve and comprises body with opening for pipe fitting there in and at least one inductor arranged around the portion of said body opening. Said inductor is directed inward aforesaid opening to heat the pipe structure to facilitate the cutting and loose thermally said structure in case it is located opposite said inductor. Aforesaid body comprises heat-insulating part located between said inductor and said body.
