The present invention relates to a mudfish processing apparatus for manufacturing slices of mudfish by removing internal organs and bones of the mudfish which has a cylindrical, long, and small body, very slippery skin, and strong bones and thus is hard to be processed. More particularly, the mudfish processing apparatus includes: a transfer unit, comprising two pairs of belt pulleys and a pair of conveyer belts, for pressing both sides of mudfish and forming a path for receiving, transferring, and discharging the mudfish; a cylindrical rotation cutter, installed vertically in the center of a lower portion on an insertion hole side of the path, for cutting stomach of the mudfish; a cylindrical rotation saw, installed in the center of a lower portion on a rear side of the cylindrical rotation cutter of the path, for grinding and tearing a backbone of the transferred mudfish at the same time; and a driving unit for driving the belt pulleys, the cylindrical rotation cutter, and the cylindrical rotation saw. |
