PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfection of tumor cells and/or an oncolytic therapeutic agent of cancer having an in vivo ability in which lysis destruction is improved.SOLUTION: The invention provides a therapeutic agent containing herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV1), wherein the HSV1 is a gene having the following (i)-(ii), the gene is under a promoter's control, the promoter is a ubiquitous promoter or a virus promoter, and the immune stimulation protein is a cytokine or human GM-CSF. (i) A functional ICP34.5 code gene is lacked. (ii) A functional ICP47 code gene is lacked. (iii) A gene encoding immune stimulation protein is contained. |
