Reflective block and method of manufacture

A reflective block 10 wherein at least a surface portion 12 comprises a substantially light reflective material. A method of manufacturing the block, comprises placing the reflective surface 12, in a substantially liquid state, in a mould, and then adding a substrate portion 11, also in a substantially liquid state. The surface and substrate portions are then allowed to harden.
