PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood for an endoscope in which the tip part can be opened and closed, an excellent field of view can be ensured, and a commercial endoscope insertion part can be used.SOLUTION: A hood 10 for an endoscope comprises: a hood body 11 having an endoscope connection part 13 connected to a tip of an endoscope insertion part 20 on the base end side; a plurality of opening/closing bodies 12 supported openably and closably to the tip side of the hood body 11 respectively; a plurality of fluid drive actuators 16 which connect the hood body 11 and each opening/closing body 12 respectively, and extend and contract according to the outflow and inflow of a fluid to the inside; and a tube connection part 13 which is connected to a tube 21 for flowing in and out the fluid to the inside of the fluid drive actuators 16, and provided on the base end side of the hood body 11. When the fluid drive actuators 16 contract, each opening/closing body 12 is closed, and the tip part of the hood 10 for the endoscope is tapered. When the fluid drive actuators 16 extend, each opening/closing body 12 opens. |
