1. A composition comprising:
i) at least 50%, by weight of the composition, of water; ii) a plurality of microcapsules; and iii) from about 0.01% to about 90%, from about 0.01% to about 15%, from about 0.5% to about 15%, or from about 0.1% to about 5.0%, by weight of the composition, of a suspending agent; wherein the composition is free of propellants, ethanol, and detersive surfactants; wherein the microcapsules comprise a first fragrance and a shell that surrounds said first fragrance. |
