The present invention relates to an organic solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic solar cell includes: a first electrode layer which includes nanowires arranged to have pores on a base substrate and a titanium oxide filled in at least part of the pores; a first charge transport layer formed on the first electrode layer; an active layer formed on the first charge transport layer; a second charge transport layer formed on the active layer; and a second electrode layer formed on the second charge transport layer.
