FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of electronic equipment, in particular to photomultiplier tube (PMT), which is used to record optical signal within wide range of light flux without non-linear distortions. The active voltage divider for photoelectronic device with measuring circuit comprises high-voltage source, system of electrodes consisting of photocathode, n dynodes and anode, unit of voltage-ratio dividers connected to system of electrodes and comprised of resistor unit; voltage-limiting component, resistive component and two capacitive dividers are coupled to each transistor of the above unit, at that two measuring circuits for are coupled to transistor and resistive component in order to record pulsed and continuous light emission. Negative electrode of the power supply source is connected to photocathode while positive electrode is connected to anode respectively. System of electrodes is coupled with the unit of voltage-ratio dividers through current mirror, which is connected to the last dynode and positive electrode of the high-voltage source, and tool amplifier is used as measuring circuit for recording continuous light emission, at that the above amplifier is coupled to diagonal of the bridge formed by transistor and resistive dividers and their current shunts, and for this purpose resistors connected to neutral bus of the high-voltage source are used.EFFECT: expanded functionality due to increase in linear area of the photoelectronic device up to limiting anode current at minimum coefficient of non-linear distortion with simultaneous expansion of operating frequency range as well as high temperature stability within the whole range of operating temperature, improved reliability of the device due to reduced heat load to elements of voltage-ratio divides, whereupon heat removal from them is not required and high-power high-voltage sources may be used.6 cl, 6 dwg |
