<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated electromagnet which can be manufactured realizing improved coating especially applicable for air gap filling. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic device is used especially for an electric switching apparatus. The electromagnetic device has a drive coil, a stationing magnet yoke (10) and a movable armature (60).
