The present invention relates to a bilayer phase cosmetic composition having moisturizing effects. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is capable of containing an oil ingredient and a moisturizing ingredient in large quantities without using a surfactant. A water phase unit and an oil phase unit are properly mixed for a certain period of time with respect to a kind of a viscosity increasing agent used in the water phase unit, and then can be clearly separated. |
