FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: software-hardware system for visually impaired people comprises an electronic device with standard programs, a touch screen, a control unit and a sound notification unit; the touch screen of the electronic device has a polymer film on which there are textured formations in the form of a coordinate grid, wherein each textured formation is characterised by position coordinates. The coordinate grid is broken down into zones; boundaries of each zone are formed by textured formations, wherein each zone is broken down into cells, boundaries of which are formed by textured formations; boundaries of zones and cells differ by the shape of the textured formations; wherein the system further comprises software aimed at determining coordinates of a touched cell and converting coordinates of the touched cell into commands for the corresponding program of the standard software in accordance with functionalities of the zone and the corresponding cell.EFFECT: broader possible resource for use of the electronic device by visually impaired people with low probability of errors when using the electronic device while simultaneously speeding up mastering of said electronic device by said visually impaired people.3 cl, 2 dwg |
