PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of the assembly work.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion system includes: a power semiconductor module 1 mounted on a substrate 10; a fin unit 20 for radiating heat of the power semiconductor module 1; and a support 30 forming a device body which accommodates the power semiconductor module 1 and allowing the fin unit 20 and the power semiconductor module 1 to thermally connect with each other through a second opening 36 formed in the support 30. The support 30 includes a fixing guide member 38 which guides the substrate 10 to a predetermined substrate arrangement region S to fix the substrate 10 when the substrate 10 is relatively moved close to the support 30.
