An electrode structure body having an electric shock prevention function, wherein the electrode structure body is connected to a power transmission and distribution path to electric equipment, and prevents an electric shock when the electric equipment is submerged or other electric equipment that is electrically connected to the electric equipment at a near place is submerged, the electrode structure body comprising: a first input terminal to which a first electric wire of an input side is connected; a second input terminal to which a second electric wire of an input side is connected; a first output terminal to which a first electric wire of an output side is connected; a second output terminal to which a second electric wire of an output side is connected; a first flat conductor having one end that is fixed to the first input terminal and the other end that is fixed to the first output terminal, having a width and a length that are greater than the first electric wire, and having an area, which is obtained by multiplying the width and the length, and which is 4 times to 100,000 times a cross-sectional area of the first electric wire; a second flat conductor having one end that is fixed to the second input terminal and the other end that is fixed to the second output terminal, and having a size that is identical to the first flat conductor; and a non-conductive housing that fixes the first flat conductor and the second flat conductor so that the first flat conductor and the second flat conductor are electrically separated from each other.
