<p>A pre-packed kit for a cut-out, ready-to-sew garment is formed of an assembly of (a) cut fabric pieces, including lining fabric; (b) a pattern or dressmaking instructions, sewing thread, needles and a thimble; and (c) buttons, and/or hooks, a sliding clasp closure and decorative items, e.g. a dress front, a turn-down collar, lace, and a tie or scarf. The invention offers a complete range of items required to make up a garment at a reduced cost compared with those already available through established distribution networks. The assembly is wrapped in a transparent pack to display its constituent items to the purchaser.</p> |
