The present invention provides a seatbelt apparatus wherein gas is supplied through a tube to a chest bag in a vehicle emergency so that the chest bag expands and deploys. Here, the tube is disposed on one side of webbing in the thickness direction at a position where lap webbing is subjected to interference by a seat cushion and an occupant on the other side in the thickness direction. This configuration can prevent the tube from being crushed by the seat cushion, the occupant, and the lap webbing and prevent gas supply through the tube to the chest bag from being restricted.
