The present invention relates to a method for preparing a fermented sterilization substance and a fermented sterilization composition including the fermented substance as an active ingredient. The method includes the following steps: using either or both of lactic acid bacteria and yeast strains to ferment a mixture including at least two of Lonicera japonica, Scutellaria baicalensis, Pueraria thunbergiana, and Rehmannia glutinosa through an alcohol fermentation process; fermenting the alcohol fermentation substance through an acetic acid fermentation process by using acetic acid bacteria; and purifying the acetic acid fermentation substance fermented in the previous step. The natural sterilizing agent shows excellent sterilization effects against pathogenic microorganisms, safely sterilizes barns, farmhouses, and drinking water in an eco-friendly manner, and has various functions such as deodorizing, producing organic fertilizers, enhancing breeding productivity, and improving a barn environment. |
