The present invention suggests vehicle accident rescue requesting device and method to request rescue with respect to a vehicle accident by using driving information obtained while the vehicle is operated. According to the present invention, the vehicle accident rescue requesting device includes: a driving information detection unit which detects the driving information of a vehicle every predetermined time; a vehicle accident determining unit which determines whether a vehicle accident occurs based on the driving information; and a rescue signal transmission unit which transmits a vehicle accident rescue signal including the current location of the vehicle when the vehicle accident is determined to occur. |
