The present invention relates to a smart patient image acquisition system configured to enable a 2D image acquisition function and a 3D image acquisition function to be integrally provided in a single apparatus, thereby minimizing an installation space and expenses. The smart patient image acquisition system according to the present invention comprises: a gantry which has a cylindrical opening; an X-ray tube for computed tomography (CT) and a rounded X-ray detector for CT which are installed in the gantry to be opposite to one another and to be able to rotate along the circumference of the gantry, and acquires 3D images while rotating around a patient held inside the opening of the gantry; a 2D X-ray tube and a 2D X-ray detector which are installed in the gantry to be opposite to one another and are able to rotate along the circumference of the gantry along with the X-ray tube for CT and the X-ray detector for CT to acquire 2D projection images of the patient held inside the opening of the gantry a rotating unit which rotates the X-ray tube for CT, the X-ray detector for CT, the 2D X-ray tube, and the 2D X-ray detector all together along the circumference of the gantry; and a couch which is installed at a side of the gantry to be able to move horizontally in and out of the gantry, and on which the patient is laid. |
