The invention provides a door device of an elevator. The door device can maintain high foreign body detection sensitivity without being influenced by installation precision of an elevator door. The door device comprises a convex section buffer body disposed on one side of a door stop part, a concave section body disposed on the other side of the door stop part and disposed opposite to the convex section buffer body, a pressure-sensitive sensor disposed on the back side of the convex section buffer body and used for detecting the pressed condition of the convex section buffer body, and a controller which enables the elevator door to be stopped or to be opened again when the pressure-sensitive sensor works. When the elevator door is fully closed and a convex part of the convex section buffer body engages with a concave part of the concave section body, gap dimensions on the two sides in the door thickness direction are set to be equal with or greater than the width dimension of the convex part. The detection of elongated foreign bodies is not influenced by the installation precision of the elevator door through enlargement of the permissible range of the engagement between the convex part and the concave part in fully-closed state of the elevator door. |
