The present invention relates to an apparatus for real-time remote monitoring of flow meter data of water supply to small and middle blocks using a mobile communication network and a high-quality buffering technique, which comprises a wireless service unit (16) for wirelessly connecting to a water supply local business office server (20) with a wireless packet communication with a mobile communication network as the medium along with a flux converter (14) for converting to allow data reading within a site monitoring unit (12) on the ground connected to a flow meter (8) installed on an underground water supply pipe (10) in water supply small and middle blocks, connected by an underground communication line (9). The wireless service unit (16) comprises a control unit (30) which contains the real-time flux data read from the flux converter (14) at the time point of real-time report in a flow meter data transmitting packet (60) to control the packet transmission to the water supply local business office server (20), performs buffering storage of the flux data omitted according to a channel not allocated by an call error at the time point of the real-time report in a database (50) as a non-transmitted flux data, contains the non-transmitted flux data buffered in the flow meter data transmitting packet (60) by avoiding the time point of real-time report when the obstacle is removed, and controls the data to be transmitted to the water supply local business office server (20). The water supply local business office server (20), when the non-transmitting flux data are received wirelessly, assembles and aligns the data in between the real-time flux data already received by using the measuring time information of the received flux data. |
