The present invention relates to a stretching instrument for constructing stiffness of the finger or the hand caused by spasticity and for alleviating spasticity by simply fixing the finger or the hand, which comprises: a hand support unit for placing and supporting the hand; and a plurality of strap units for fixing each of the fingers by being coupled with the hand support unit.
