PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which has a simple structure and yet allows a worker to stably attach the grommet to a panel in an easy manner.SOLUTION: A grommet includes: a fitting groove 112 which fits in a first resin ring 120; a seal part 115 which is erected from an indoor side panel part 113 in a cylindrical shape; a flange part 121 which fits in the fitting groove 112; multiple holding claws 122 which are erected from the flange part 121 so as to be positioned at the inner side of the seal part 115 and engaged with the panel 3; multiple wall parts 123, each of which is erected from the flange part 121 in an area between the multiple holding claws 122 so as to be positioned at the inner side of the seal part 115; multiple engaged parts 124 which respectively protrude from the inner side of the holding claws 122 to the radial inner side; and multiple engagement claws 133 which penetrate through a grommet body 110 from an outdoor side panel part 114 to the indoor side panel part 113 and are erected so as to engage with the respective engaged parts 124. |
